The image below is a timeline that i created for The Incredibles title sequence. I watched the sequence through and at every point that a title comes up on the screen, I paused it, wrote down the time and wrote down what it said. I did have some difficulty fitting it all on the timeline, it it turned out ok!
By doing a timeline, it gives me a good idea of how often a title should appear on a title sequence and how much time should be between each one. This should help when I come to create my own sequence.
